Atrium Announces ECM Proficiency Service Offerings

Atrium has launched a comprehensive set of ECM Proficiency Service Offerings headed by its CTO, to address the growing demand for establishing and implementing Best Practices in ECM and BPM projects.
With many years of ECM Product experience in its portfolio, the team at Atrium initially felt a need to establish an Internal Research Team to constantly validate and try out the various ECM products for its internal solution design and development purposes. The Atrium ECM Proficiency Services team will help organizations put in formal processes to streamline and carry out the following type of activities to ensure customers best leverage their investment in their ECM products:
1) Review, Analyze and Validate the new versions of ECM products released by the vendor and formulate the roll-out plan including system and applications services upgrades
2) Constantly revise and update Best Practices for ECM and BPM implementations to maintain lower cost of ownership and avoid downtimes
3) Perform usability studies and prepare usability matrix for various types of projects involving both transactional content (Document Imaging, EDMS) as well as content-driven business applications and Records Management.

Atrium has modeled the ECM Proficiency Services using the Integration Competency Center as the reference model. The team has leveraged 40+ years of ECM solution development, delivery and support experience by incorporating their findings and best practices in their Customer Projects into the ECM Proficiency Services. As the next step towards passing on these benefits to other customers, Atrium decided to launch the ECM Proficiency Service offerings, grouped and tailored to specific customer needs.

These set of services provide insight into what ECM products should be considered for Small, Medium, and Large Enterprise deployments. This program also highlights Case Studies of various live projects that has been successfully architected and deployed in the respective industry/application.

- ECM Application Proficiency Services
These set of services takes a deeper look at various products and their available Application Interfaces to architect Enterprise Applications incorporating some of the latest industry standards and best practices. This program also provides different User Case scenarios of ECM related implementation and the possible pitfalls that can be avoided with the proper Enterprise Reference Architecture.
